Clark James are a Specialist Recruiter within Insurance. We are working with a very successful specialist Insurance Brokerage in the Tunbridge Wells area who are currently seeking a Claims Handler to join their friendly team.

The main purpose of this role will be to process claims from FNOL to settlement for existing clients for all types of insurance; Motor, Household, Commercial, Employers & Public Liability amongst others.

If you have basic knowledge of the insurance claims process and an understanding of the insurance industry, this is an exciting role in which you can develop a solid and worthwhile career.

The main duties of this role will include:

• Record and process claims
• Instruct loss adjustors and engineers where appropriate
• Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements at all times
• Maintain a claims’ diary and undertake regular reviews
