My recruitment client who work in a niche market, placing high calibre candidates in their market, are now looking to expand their operation to include a new London office.

Negotiable basic salary plus uncapped commission

They currently have an established team in Kent and are now looking for someone with the right experience to head up and start up their London office.

You will heading up and starting the London office with the total support of the M.D. who has extensive recruitment experience in his field, placing both contract and permanent positions. He currently heads up a team of 8 in an established consultancy in Kent.

Vacancies are Managing Directors, Finance Manager, Technicians etc.. within their field, so you will be well versed in having recruitment and head hunting conversations with people at senior level.

Ideal Person

Previous Recruitment/ Head-hunting experience at senior level

Excellent communication skills especially at senior level

Looking for a wonderful opportunity to head up and grow a London consultancy

Tenacious and enthusiastic with drive and energy

Good people manager as you will also recruit a team as well as working in a 360 role

Initially, happy to work on your own whilst getting the office up and running

Team player, with the ability to work independently
