Responsible for inventory control within the respective area, including issuing of packaging and its correct recording both in and out of stock room.Responsibilities:*Ensure their team comply with Health & Safety, Food Safety, Hygiene and Operational procedures.*Plan and organise their time and resources so that the Packing Plans, Shop Orders and Despatch outloads for their Category?s products are met on-time and in full.*Understand the standard crewing, throughputs and costs of production and recording processors.*To ensure records for breakdowns and maintenance issues are up completed and to date and escalate were necessary *To administer the completion of all documentation necessary for the accurate production of produce.*To lease with QA teams in relation to quality, packaging and compliance.*To Act in a supervisory capacity when necessary.*To undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Company or Representatives.
