We are looking for a technically minded, confident and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic and expanding digital team based in Bromley.

The ideal candidate will be customer focused with at least one year’s practical experience in a technical support environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering an excellent level of website technical support to educational clients nationwide using our purpose built CMS
• Maintaining ongoing support relationships with clients while meeting customer satisfaction via telephone, email and online ticketing system
• Trouble-shooting, testing and publishing content to client websites
• Deliver online CMS demonstrations and provide face to face training to new and existing clients

The ideal candidate will:

• Be self-motivated, organised with a positive attitude and can-do personality
• Be analytical with meticulous attention to detail
• Be able to communicate and present technical information to a non-technical audience
• Have a basic understanding of CMS systems. Knowledge of HTML and CSS would be an advantage (Please note, this is NOT a web development role)
• Have experience using Mac and PC platforms
• Good knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics and Adwords would be an advantage
• Understand and be able to manage Social Media accounts

Job Overview
• Salary: Competitive (Depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 9.00-5.30 Monday-Friday
• Location: Bromley, Kent – Walking distance from Bromley South Station (Commutable from Kent, South East London, Surrey and surrounding areas)
