The role will include some of the following responsibilities –

• To provide a high quality service to personal and telephone callers, dealing effectively and courteously with all customer enquiries and resolving the bulk of these immediately.

• To carry out a range of administrative tasks arising from customer contacts, liaising where required with colleagues from other parts of the organisation.

• To carry out other administrative tasks consistent with the primary function of responding to telephone calls as required

The ideal candidate will have the following –

• Experience in working in a customer service environment
• Good standard of literacy and numeracy
• Good administrative and IT skills
