We are looking for Sales Administrators to provide office based support to our mobile working Move Consultants who operate across the country.
Sales Administrators will ensure that our Move Consultants are fully supported by ensuring that their bookings and leads are organised and managed while providing the support at enquiry stage to ensure that leads are directed and handled appropriately to ensure that the Move Consultants time is well utilised.
The Sales Administrator will be the point of contact for customers wishing to plan or change move dates, producing and amending quotations for European, International and UK moves, booking ‘part load moves and following up with customers.
The post holder will need to be well organised and methodical and have a good underpinning knowledge of the moving process in and out of the UK.
As a first point of contact for many enquiries, we are looking for someone who is able to build relationships quickly and manage multiple tasks. A strong memory along with warm and professional social skills will be advantageous.
