Role:
We are seeking a highly-experienced ICT Systems/Infrastructure Engineer to join our busy, professional and customer focused team. The ideal candidate will be working alongside colleagues to implement, develop and maintain the College’s ICT systems and infrastructure to consistently high standards.

The Systems/Infrastructure Engineer will have strong experience and knowledge in:
• Second/third level ICT support role within an ITIL environment.
• Designing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft systems such as Windows Server, Lync, Office 365, SharePoint, SCCM, Exchange, Active Directory and associated services such as Group Policy, Logon Scripts, DNS and DHCP etc.
• VMWare support, installation, management and maintenance.
• IT security and best practices.
• Networking specifically in regard to Cisco products.
In addition, experience and knowledge in the following areas is advantageous but not essential:
• Designing and implementing, maintaining and repairing SQL/MySQL Database systems.
• Programming/scripting ability in current programming languages.
• HTML, general web authoring and technologies and website design and implementation/maintenance.
• Virtual Learning Environments such as Moodle
• Open source methodologies and working practises
• Working in projects that use Agile/ Scrum/ Prince 2
• Linux and MAC systems
